Position: Customer Service Representative
Position Scope:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides comprehensive customer service directly to a diverse group of internal and external customers, including but not limited to salon chain accounts, independent stylist, and sales consultants.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for direct interaction with customer accounts and sales team to perform product inquiries, order entry processing and control.
- Research issues and brings resolution to complex situations using sound judgment and excellent follow-through ability within established authority level and guidelines for customer service policy and procedure.
- Uses strong customer service ability to provide value added services in a timely and accurate manner.
Position Details:
- Location: Hybrid after 90 days - St. Petersburg, FL area
- Pay rate: $20/hr.
- Assignment Length: Temp
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift Hours: First shift
Position Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalency
- Outstanding telephone and interpersonal skills.
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills. Must possess good judgment and ability to make independent decisions within department protocols.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience using Salesforce and/or SAP strongly preferred
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience required.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls, inquiries and difficult issues with tact and professionalism.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time with a high attention to detail.
- Skilled at suggestive selling and providing alternative solutions to accounts.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Must have long-term authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to utilize computer, mouse, keyboard for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to report on-site to office at minimum 3 days per week
- Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Must be available for later shifts
