Remote Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- No experience needed!
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Problem-solving mindset w/ ability to stay calm under pressure
- Previous customer service experience A PLUS but not required
- Ability to work well both independently & as part of a team
- A passion for helping people & making a positive impact
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
- Must be willing & able to pass a basic background check
