Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Inside Sales
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries about orders, delivery schedules, and product information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Build strong relationships with customers through professional and prompt communication.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling during customer interactions.
- Maintain detailed customer records and sales activity in the company’s CRM system.
- Administrative Support for Executives
- Provide occasional support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with projects.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as managing employee benefits information and updating records.
- Support manufacturing operations by preparing Excel reports and helping with MRP/ERP system updates.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and document organization.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or administrative roles.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is strongly desired.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong understanding of CRM and enterprise systems for managing customer and sales data.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
