Role Description

This is a part-time Hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative at Cavnar Insurance. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service and experiences.

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Customer Experience skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and handle customer inquiries effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite, EZLYNX
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
