Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Our client, a Fortune 100 investment firm in South Jordan, UT, is seeking a Customer Support Representative with a strong interest in investment banking. This is a 6-month position with an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with inquiries related to investment products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone and email.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive client experience.
• Document interactions and follow up on client requests.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in finance or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in finance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
