Oh no! We're losing one of our awesome Team members to "the dark side" (she's changing over to human medicine...). We wish her all the best, but have some important shoes that need filling! This opportunity is to join our Administrative Team whose primary focus is on customer service, scheduling, etc.
A minimum of 2 years experience in veterinary medicine is greatly preferred, but consideration given to those with less that posses EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills. Everyone on our current Team is professional, reliable, flexible, and ultra-friendly, so we will accept nothing but the best from our new Team Members. If this sounds like you, please keep reading!
We have a comprehensive training program that will assist new Team Members with hospital orientation, learning Cornerstone software (we are a progressive paperless practice), and sharpening any necessary skills.
Responsibilities will include excellent client care and education, patient care, housekeeping/maintenance, data entry/record keeping, marketing, and ability to work some Saturday mornings. We do not offer boarding or grooming services, so no "on call"/overnight/emergency shifts are required!!! Our whole team LOVES this about our hospital.
