We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their experience with Story Lane Box is seamless and delightful.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding subscriptions, orders, and account management.
- Resolve issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve processes.
- Stay informed about our product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
