About the Job
We are seeking a Customer Service Call Center Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, on-site position at our Schaumburg Corporate office, operating Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Process quotations and sales orders, manage purchase orders and confirm ship dates and pricing.
- Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Handle inbound phone calls and queries with efficiency and courtesy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, collaborating with internal departments to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Participate in rotational Saturday shifts as required.
