As a Customer Service Representative at Talk More Motive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our marketing services. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to ensure a positive experience. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of our clients' marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Provide prompt and courteous responses to client questions, concerns, and requests.
3. Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
5. Educate clients on our products, services, and marketing strategies to maximize their success.
6. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients.
7. Assist in the development of customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
8. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $40,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
