Salary Range: $32000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Retention: Review expiring policies and rewrite those that qualify under our current carriers' guidelines.
Quoting: Create new home quotes using Ivantage system and carriers' websites.
Client Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from clients and assist with their insurance needs.
Policy Assistance: Assist clients in navigating policy details, making changes, and addressing billing inquiries.
Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Home insurance experience required if working remote
- Must have an active P&C insurance license if working Remote.
