As a Customer Service Representative, reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor your responsibilities will include:
Order Management 50% of the time
- Complete order entry processing with a high level of accuracy.
- Collaborate with interna teams and third parties to schedule on-time customer deliveries.
- Maintain strong relations and collaboration with 3 rd Party Warehouses to facilitate scheduling a high level of outbound and inbound orders.
- Work with customers to resolve order issues upon delivery.
- Work with accounting to resolve billing and payment issues.
Effective Communication about Products and Services 25% of the time
- Understand product, promotions and technical issues to best assist customers on concerns to resolution, including product availability issues.
- Respond to a high volume of customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
Reporting 25% of the time
- Working daily in ERP system to keep customer account profiles updated, running reports for inventory/order fulfillment and routing purchase orders.
Requirements:
- 3 years of Customer Service experience; experience with 3 rd party logistics and warehousing preferred.
- High School Education required, Associate’s Degree preferred
- Strong computer skills; Experience with ERP system; NetSuite
- Highly organized and ability to prioritize.
- Strong communication skills, with focus on effective phone and written (email) communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to resolve customer issues professionally, accurately and collaboratively.
- Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
