Customer Service Representative from Tri-Starr Talent

About the Job
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Contact customers with overdue accounts via telephone to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding debts.
- Document all interactions with customers accurately and thoroughly in the company's database.
- Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets while adhering to compliance regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ yrs in clerical/customer service role
- Excellent customer service and listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Accurate data entry skills and working knowledge of Word and Excel
Salary
18 - 19 /hour
