About the Job
As a Customer Service Representative you will be working directly with the customer to answer general inquiries, address concerns, and assist with requests and services. Having an upbeat personality, a positive attitude, and professionalism are traits that will ensure success.
Responsibilities:- Greeting and building rapport with guests
- Assist guests in finishing their checkout process
- Appraise and buy-in merchandise
- Answering customer questions
- Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must exhibit professionalism, be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
- A love for and experience in the game of golf
- A minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Ability to work 20 to 25 hours per week, as well as opportunities for overtime during busier seasons.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends.
