As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and committed Insurance Agent to join our Fast-Paced team. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Agent with a proven track record in the industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, assessing their insurance needs, and recommending appropriate policies. You will be working the front line of our customer service department and should have a deep understanding of insurance products, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.

Salary Range: $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Review current client renewals.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Take premium payments from customers..
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Responds to all inquiries, alerts cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Requirements
- Hold an Active Property and Casualty license
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up..
- Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills..
- Problem-Solving Capabilities..
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
