Customer Service Representative - Earnest Machine

We are looking to add to our Customer Service (CSR) team. This team is responsible for managing the customer inquiries, requests, and orders while providing the best possible customer experience.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and process roughly 60 inbound needs per day, including quotes, orders, and customer questions via email, webstore, and EDI.
• Ensure customers receive their orders on time and with the correct specifications
• Build strong relationships with the team and customers alike.
• Maintain CRM records, modifications, and create new as required.
• Identify and communicate trends that will assist with overall account management and growth.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure timely customer satisfaction and relationship improvement.
• Utilize ISO Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to the role.
• Provide back-up support for customer requests relating to but not limited to; tracking of orders, expedites, RMAs, Packing Slips, BOLs, and Material Certs.

What you’ll bring:

• Able to make decisions independently
• Comfortable with working in an inbound/outbound sales environment
• Grasps basic math/profitability concepts
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoys an environment of active growth and change.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Pay Range: $45,000-$55,000
