Customer Service Representative - Topaz HR Advisory

Location: Ridgefield, NJ
Salary: $21-23 per hour
Hours: 9 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail- focused Customer Service Representative to become part of our expanding team. In this role, you will provide top-tier service to our customers, handle inquiries efficiently, and facilitate a smooth coordination between sales, production, and shipping. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding our cabinetry products, services, and availability.
• Collaborate with the sales team, production, and shipping to ensure customer needs are met from start to finish.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns, offering effective solutions while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ensure all data entry and documentation are handled with precision and attention to detail.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and sharing insights to improve processes.
• Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Experience or knowledge in cabinetry or related industries is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Friendly demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work well in a team setting and contribute to team success.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
