Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that both our loyal and new customers receive exceptional service while accessing the financial products they require. You'll represent our brand values, participate in programs supporting customer advocacy, store growth, and personal development, and contribute to fostering a positive and respectful environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the loan or pawn process, offering guidance based on customer financial needs.
Assist in customer account management, including accepting payments and monitoring appointments.
Work towards meeting performance standards by leveraging partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and participating in events.
Cultivate customer relationships to drive new business, maintain store profitability, and enhance brand loyalty.
Maintain accurate customer information in our systems and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Stay updated on product offerings and processes through ongoing training.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently to meet performance standards.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members at all levels.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional and courteous demeanor.
Proficiency in using phone systems, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Physical ability to meet the demands of the position, including lifting up to 25 pounds and remaining stationary as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Six months of customer service and/or cash handling experience.
Experience in retail, financial services, banking, or the service industry.

Compensation
Pay range: $10 to $20 per hour, or $15 to $23 per hour in California. Compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications.
