Your role in our pet-loving team: Greet clients with warmth and professionalism. Schedule appointments, surgeries, and procedures. Answer phone calls and provide information. Manage client check-ins, payments, and check-outs. Keep records and maintain an organized system. Provide a comforting atmosphere for anxious pet parents.

Your qualifications:
- A love for pets and a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Master of multitasking.
- Computer-savvy and organized.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
