Your New Role

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Answering Customer Phone Calls:
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers from the moment you pick up the phone.
  • Assist customers in booking appointments and provide relevant information.
• Follow-Up Communication:
  • Follow up with customers about the status of their jobs.
  • Make outbound calls to schedule yearly service for Peace of Mind Members and follow up on past estimates.
• Happy Calls:
  • Conduct customer satisfaction calls to ensure their experience meets their expectations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and report feedback to the management team.
• Communication with Service Technicians:
  • Facilitate communication between customers and service technicians.
  • Relay important job information to the appropriate team members.
• Data Management:
  • Accurately record and maintain key information about each job.
  • Update customer records with relevant details and interactions.
• After-Hours and Weekend Rotations:
  • Participate in a rotational schedule to answer phones after regular business hours and during weekends.
  • Handle urgent customer inquiries and dispatch service technicians as needed.

• You live in or are willing to commute to Fuquay Varina, Angier, Lillington, Holly Springs, Garner, Apex, or Raleigh.

• Pass a drug and background check
