Your Key Responsibilities
- Executes order fulfillment processes for prototype department.
- Customer and Intercompany delivery scheduling
- Order material collection
- Incoming material and current inventory logistics
- Respond to customers inquiries and complaints and detect reasons for logistics problems arising.
- Provide explanations and solutions to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments and external providers to implement corrective actions.
- Identify optimization areas of supply chain and logistics activities and report to Group Leader and/or Professionals.
- Ensure that services delivered are in line with defined quality standards and processes.
