Customer Service Representative (power transmission products) - 1st St. NW Technical Staffing

Well-established engineering & manufacturing company has an immediate opening for a Technical Customer Service Representative. Direct-hire position with outstanding benefits – includes profit sharing, 401K match, generous PTO, health/dental, and more!

Duties:

• Provide technical assistance to customers involving product selection, product specifications, reading drawings, and assisting in the quoting process of product modifications
• Troubleshoot product or application concerns from customers
• Communicate with customers (by email or phone) regarding price, delivery, requests for product information, and quotations and orders
• Coordinate with sales managers or production staff to resolve customer-related issues
• Prepare credit memos for returned products

Requirements

• 3-10 years of customer service experience
• Customer service experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of power transmission, motion control, hydraulics/pneumatics, or similar products
• ERP and/or CRM experience
• International orders experience a plus
• Ability to work onsite
