Ultimate Staffing Specialization - Temporary and Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the cause of the problem.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Multilingual abilities and customer service certifications are a plus.
