Customer Service Representative at K44 Consulting LLC

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE- Port Washington, Nassau County, Long Island NY

Our client is a premier wholesale distributor of paint sundries, hardware, plumbing & electrical supplies, power tools, and seasonal home improvement goods, and is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative.

The position is full time and fully on-site with no remote option.

Hours: M-F, 8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Job responsibilities:

• Order entry
• Inbound and outbound calls
• Respond to customer inquiries via email
• Work closely with warehouse staff
• Shipment claims
• Upselling to customers
• Other administrative tasks

Requirements:

• 2-5 years experience in customer service
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferable, Chinese is a plus
• Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
• Cheerful, upbeat attitude with a positive approach.
• Highly flexible, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Must have basic computer skills, knowledge in Excel is a plus.
