Job description
Contract-to-hire opportunity. Bilingual is a plus (Spanish and English).
Work Schedule: Hours: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm (no Saturday’s)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Take Customer Orders
2. Respond /resolve e-mails and customer tickets.
3. Make outbound calls to customers
4. Make outbound calls to physician's office to get DOF
Phone Responsibilities:
1. Answer phones within three rings with a professional and courteous voice.
2. Smile when you answer the phone. You are the first human contact we have with our customers.
3. Assist customers with orders over the phone
Customer Contact and Follow-Up:
1. Always assure the customer that you will follow-up with them, give them the time-frame to expect your follow-up and repeat your name to them. That assures them that you are committed to your promise to follow-up and relieves them from worrying about their inquiry
2. If you do not have a resolution to the customer inquiry by the end of the day, call the customer and let them know that you are still working on their inquiry. Thank them for their patience.
3. Reply to emails and voice mail messages. Issues forwarded to you by the main CS email must be resolved and logged on Customer Inquiry form along with telephone inquiries. Inquiry Form attached.
5. Ask customer for feedback on our services
Other Tasks:
1. Research missing shipments to customers
3. Call Customers for back ordered items
4. Assist Customers with credit cards authorizations
5. Other tasks and assignments as needed by the department or company
