What we are Looking for

We are looking for a quality-focused, friendly, and passionate Customer Service Rep. to join our L&M Team.  The ideal person will bring strong technical customer service skills to a highly collaborative and results driven department.  This individual needs to be able to work autonomously and thrive in an environment of ownership and accountability, while supporting their teammates when help is needed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supports new and potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Place or cancel orders; opens customer accounts by recording account information.
• Work closely with the internal Sales team to support customer demands
• Communicate and work with our Design team to ensure we are meeting customer expectations
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problem, expedite correction or adjustment, and follow-up to ensure resolution.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Update pricing information and send to Office Manager and customers as needed.
• Effectively communicate with employees and others as required in the daily execution of assigned duties.

Education, Experience, and Attributes

• Minimum of 1 year in a technical customer service role in the manufacturing industry
• Experience in Corrugated is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Communications, or other related fields preferred
• Ability to multi-task, while being detail oriented to ensure accuracy
• Strong social and communication skills.
• Computer skills and Customer Service software experience a must
• Excellent time management and organization skills
