Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Provide accurate information about job openings and staffing solutions to clients and candidates.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new candidates by providing necessary information and resources.
- Collaborate with recruiters to streamline the communication process between candidates and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the customer service function to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in staffing and recruiting or a related industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards resolving issues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
