About the Job
Chapman Collision Center Phoenix is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support the office’s daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service. As the customer’s first point of contact, the Customer Service Representative will be welcoming, helpful and patient while assisting customers. The ideal candidate will display professionalism and the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively. This role reports to the Body Shop Manager.

Core Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they arrive and check in vehicles for repairs
- Review damages with the customer and estimator
- Provide customers with updates on the status of their vehicle
- Answer phone calls responding to inquiries in a professional, helpful manner or direct calls to the appropriate personnel for assistance
- Assist management with various clerical duties (sorting, filing, emails, etc.)
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- 1 year of customer service experience is required; collision center experience is a plus!
- The ability to think from the customer's perspective and show compassion while they navigate the vehicle repair process
- Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); 1 year experience working with CCC1 estimating software is preferred
- Reliable, motivated and service oriented
- Ability to multi-task efficiently, with strong attention to detail
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Hours and Work Environment
This is an onsite position working in an office environment and occasionally in the shop collaborating with technicians and estimators, and assisting customers in person and over the phone. Hours are Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:30pm.
