Who You Are:
- A solutions-focused Property & Casualty licensed customer service representative with a minimum of two years of experience.
- A dedicated professional who loves to speak with clients and help find solutions that fit them.
- An upbeat team player who possesses a genuine willingness to learn insurance and be resourceful.
What You Will Be Doing:
Customer Onboarding:
- Efficiently onboard new customers, ensuring they fully understand available discounts, services, and contract terms.
- Provide a welcoming and informative experience to make customers feel valued and confident in their decision.
Scheduling Appointments:
- Coordinate appointments between customers and our agents, ensuring schedules are optimized for efficiency.
- Communicate appointment details and any necessary information to all parties involved.
Property Inspections:
- Collaborate with inspection teams to schedule property inspections as per customer requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure inspections are conducted in a timely manner and reports are shared with customers promptly.
Billing and Payments:
- Manage billing inquiries and provide accurate information regarding invoices, payment options, and due dates.
- Process payments, set up payment plans, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Customer Support:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing effective solutions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, escalating issues as needed.
What You Need:
- Property and Casualty insurance license is required
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Basic math skills
What We Are Offering:
- Competitive base salary of $25/hr plus a very lucrative commission/bonus structure.
