About the Job
Worldwide Window Fashions is a Fabricator and Distributor of Custom Window Treatments servicing the Retail, Interior Decorator & Designer, Commercial and Installer Window Covering Dealer Trade. If you are a people person that enjoys working in a creative, team-based business environment, Worldwide Window may be just for you.
Duties include:
- Data Entry of orders & quotes via phone, fax, email
- Answer in-bound calls with excellent customer service and assisting customers with inquiries and concerns
- Processing repair/return paperwork
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Strong attention to detail
Should possess following qualities:
- Previous CSR experience of 3+ years, office setting (preferably with experience as CSR in manufacturing business)
- Ability to work in high-paced environment and multi-task
- Proficient computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday
