We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Customer Service Representative, to be part of a great customer experience team in Pembroke Pines, supporting the Aerospace industry. As part of our top-level team, you will be interacting with some of the leading companies in the aviation, medical manufacturing industries, while gaining valuable experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer customer and vendor inquiries promptly and professionally via email/phone regarding quotes, orders, status, complaints, etc.
- Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, and availability to provide answers to frequently asked customer questions
- Accounts payable & purchasing functions
- Accounts receivable & invoicing functions
- Moderate data entry
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Customer service oriented - email and phone talented with a positive outgoing personality
- Strong skills with various office software, including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Salesforce and other database or CRM software.
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Well organized and detail oriented

- High School Diploma (Required) / Associate's or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years in a customer service or related position (required)
- Minimum 2 years in a professional office setting (required)
- Bilingual English and Spanish (preferred)
- $16.00 - $24.00 per hour, average hourly rates vary based on experience and education.
