Position Overview:
Are you a results-oriented professional with a knack for building strong client relationships? L-Nutra is seeking an Account Management Specialist and Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will not only provide exceptional customer service but also have an understanding of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for L-Nutra Health customer service needs, providing personalized support and strategic guidance for patients.
· Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
· Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any product-related issues.
· Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
· Educate customers about our products and their benefits, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings.
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
· Stay informed about the latest developments in health and wellness to better serve our customers.
- Help implement the EMR and systems for properly handling any customer related inquiries
- Communicate effectively with Director of Operations for LNH and Director of Customer Service
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree (Health-related field is preferred).
· Minimum of 2+ years of experience in account management or a similar role.
· Previous customer service experience or experience in a medical practice.
· Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and upbeat demeanor.
· Passion for health and wellness with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle high call volumes efficiently.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Intermediate to advanced computer skills and familiarity with CRM/EMR software is a plus.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and help create systems/protocols as needed.
