Customer Service Representative at ProSource Staffing

Duties & Responsibilities:
 

• Process and input all customer orders into the company internal system 
• Check all orders for special requests.
• Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders.
• Report Shipped Orders to customers by next business day via PDF in email.
• Process all inbound shipments into company internal system.
• Report Inbound Shipments to customers daily via PDF in email.
• Send monthly inventory reports to customers via email in MS Excel or PDF.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints.
• Process work orders, invoices, shipments inventory counts, etc.
• Oversee all paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files.
• Answer phone calls and operate various types of office machines and computers necessary to perform duties.
• Effectively correspondence with customer as required.
• Be Ontime Daily
• Maintain a strong attendance record
• Some SAP experience is preferred but not required.
