Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process and input all customer orders into the company internal system
- Check all orders for special requests.
- Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders.
- Report Shipped Orders to customers by next business day via PDF in email.
- Process all inbound shipments into company internal system.
- Report Inbound Shipments to customers daily via PDF in email.
- Send monthly inventory reports to customers via email in MS Excel or PDF.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with customer by responding to all inquiries and complaints.
- Process work orders, invoices, shipments inventory counts, etc.
- Oversee all paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files.
- Answer phone calls and operate various types of office machines and computers necessary to perform duties.
- Effectively correspond with customer as required.
- Be Ontime Daily
- Maintain a strong attendance record
- Some SAP experience is nice, but not required.
Days: Monday through Friday
Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
