What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
• Logging and mailing/emailing out communications to customers while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conducting data entry and review to maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Filing annual reports with state agencies and reviewing customer orders for accuracy.
• Responding to customer inquiries via email and developing positive working relationships with customers and key partners.
• Performing other backend and clerical work as needed to support the team.
