Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls to assist customers with booking new appointments and providing information about our services.
- Make outbound calls regarding our memberships and special offers
- Assist current customers with appointment details, including scheduling changes and service inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient communication and seamless customer service experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment bookings using our CRM system.
- Uphold our company's values of trust, honesty, and personal responsibility in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Preferred: 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in phone sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Proficiency in typing
- Proficiency in multi-tasking
Work Environment:
- Fully onsite position, working alongside other team members in our Owasso office
- This role will report to our office manager
