TRAINING HOURS
2 Weeks virtual classroom (via Zoom) guided training: Monday Friday 9am 5:30 pm
2 Weeks Nesting handing Calls with mentor assistance: Monday Friday -- anytime between 7:30a-7:30p
PRODUCTION: M/F 11:00 am to 7:30 pm; may vary depending on how many existing representatives move up in their schedule based on a shift bid
PROJECT HOURS:
7AM-730PM Monday-Friday
The Program provides health and dental coverage for eligible children 5-18 for any income level. The program provides comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits through participating plans. Families pay a monthly premium and the program subsidizes the remaining cost of coverage. The Call Center provides callers with an unbiased presentation of programs to assist Customers with application and eligibility requirements and program questions, transferring callers to other Call Center units as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent with 0 - 1 years of experience.
- This position requires bilingual proficiency in languages as specified.
