Singnala is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients in the consumer services industry. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their questions and concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a professional manner
- Assist customers with placing orders and provide product recommendations
- Update customer account information accurately
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
- Provide technical support and product information
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
