Customer Service Representative - Onsite at Nesco Resource

Nesco Resource is hiring for a 4 month contract role for an outstanding client in Tempe, AZ.

This is an on-site role and remote is not available.

Description:
Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.

Duties:

1. Interacting with customers via email and chat by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services .
2. Maintains customer records by updating account information.
3. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
4. Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
5. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
6. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
