Edwards Health Care Services (EHCS), a division of GEMCORE, is a well-established and growing national direct-to home medical supply provider. We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our high energy team. The Customer Service Representative’s primary role is answer incoming calls while focusing on customer satisfaction.
- This is a full-time, non-exempt, entry level position.
- Once training is complete, this position will potentially be part of a hybrid remote work schedule. This position is located in Hudson, OH.
- Schedule is 8:15 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Treat both new and existing customers like a family member.
- Reception of all incoming telephone calls and email.
- Set-up new customer accounts for medical products service; such as diabetes supplies and breast pumps.
- Obtain insurance, referral, physician, and patient demographic information.
- Enter/Manage all refill orders for existing customers.
