The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver excellent service throughout our clients' and their furry family members' entire journey with us.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer skills with the ability to learn software easily.
- Comfortable around dogs and cats.
