Title: Customer Service Representative

Hours:  8:00AM to 4:30PM M-F

Pay: $16.00 an hour

Location:  North Canton

Job Requirements

• Process Daily Orders
• Entering Fax/Phone/emailed orders
• Processing shortage credits
• Tracking Orders
• Assists sales team when needed
• Filing and sorting office files
• Send out and verify weekly mailings

Job Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in an office setting
• Works well within a team
• Ability to multi-task 
• Customer service phone experience is a must
• Effectively solve customer inquires
