We are currently seeking CSR experienced applicants to fulfil a role of a part-time 10am-4pm Customer Service position! Experience as a CSR or Office Manager in insurance, mortgage, or similar industries is a plus! Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have. Salary Range: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
