Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Newark, DE 19702
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay: $15 per hour
Work Environment: On-site
Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls and provide excellent service to borrowers inquiring about their consumer loan accounts. This role requires a strong focus on resolving customer issues promptly, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to compliance guidelines.
Essential Functions:
- Perform duties according to standard operating procedures to meet or exceed service level goals.
- Maintain a strong awareness and understanding of information security protocols.
- Respond to inbound calls and resolve borrower questions or issues during the first interaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and open/close activities in the system of record.
- Adhere to compliance and operational guidelines to ensure tasks meet regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a call center customer service role (consumer finance experience is a plus).
- Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance.
- Experience in workflow management.
- Ability to follow documented Best Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and professional.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet service goals.
