Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative will include:
- Welcome customers and visitors in a professional manner.
- Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service for transactions both in-person and over the phone.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and other electronic channels.
- Resolve customer requests, problems, and complaints, directing them to the appropriate resources when necessary.
- Open new accounts and provide customers with necessary information.
- Process transfers, withdrawals, loan payments, and other customer requests.
- Conduct orientation interviews for new customers.
- Promote products and services based on customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Research account discrepancies.
- Adapt to continuous product changes and policy updates.
- Perform back-office duties as assigned.
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
- Confident and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and pleasant phone demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $24-$26/hr.
