Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Communication:
- Serve as the primary contact for wholesale retailers and sales reps across assigned regions, handling inquiries, order processing, and after-sales support.
- Partner with both optical and fashion wholesale teams to ensure retailers have access to updated product offerings and marketing tools.
- Support tailored solutions to meet the needs of diverse retail partners in each segment.
- Respond to retailer queries about product availability, pricing, shipping, and returns promptly and professionally.
- Proactively address and resolve issues with orders, deliveries, and customer concerns to ensure seamless service.
Sales Support:
- Assist regional sales representatives in preparing line sheets, product details, and order summaries.
- Provide key updates on inventory levels, new product releases, and special offers to retail partners.
- Support promotional programs, such as seasonal campaigns, spiff programs, and trunk shows.
Operational Efficiency:
- Track key metrics for regional wholesale performance, including order volumes, fulfillment timelines, and account satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales managers, fulfillment, marketing, and operations teams to align on goals and initiatives.
Marketing & POS Coordination:
- Collaborate with marketing and fulfillment teams to provide retailers with updated materials like counter cards, displays, and promotional assets.
- Ensure stores receive the tools they need to create engaging displays and drive product visibility.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, account management, or wholesale operations, preferably in the eyewear, fashion, or luxury industries.
- Strong understanding of B2B wholesale operations and retailer management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge in CRM tools (NuOrder), and order management software (NetSuite).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
