- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while offering customer solutions.
- Stay updated on product offerings and services to provide informed assistance.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.
