Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests, providing timely, professional, and accurate assistance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for responding to and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently and professionally.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Process front-counter walk-ins, including payments, service requests, and reconciliation tasks.
- Customer Education:
- Educate current and prospective customers on the full range of services the company offers.
- Account Management:
- Set up and maintain accurate customer profiles for all interactions, ensuring timely updates.
- Review and correct customer account data via reports and spreadsheets to prevent errors affecting billing or services.
- Call Handling:
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls (60–120 per day) while meeting daily accuracy and quality goals.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Process accounts receivable, daily spreadsheets, and cash handling duties as per company standards.
- Support additional responsibilities, including dispatching, weigh station traffic, and route audits.
- Team Support:
- Flexibly handle rotating duties and shifts to support team objectives.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of one year of call center or customer service experience is required.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively manage irate customers and turn challenging situations into positive outcomes.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, 10-key).
- Attributes:
- Enthusiastic, professional, and customer-centric demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Other Requirements:
- Must successfully pass a drug test.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Work Environment:
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and handle multiple responsibilities as needed.
