Salary $15.00 to $20.00 per hour (Negotiable)
Salary Range: $35000.00 - $52000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Have and meet goals and objectives as established.
- Cross-sell products such as Life Insurance.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Ask each customer for google reviews.
Requirements
MUST BE BILINGUAL-ENGLISH AND SPANISH
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train a qualified individual.
- Must obtain license within first 30days if unlicensed.
- Work with a sense of urgency.
- Proven track record of being a problem solver.
- Must be resourceful & coachable.
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
