About the Job
We are seeking a French Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our retail services client on a direct hire basis. The position offers a competitive pay range of $21-23/hr with an 8-hour schedule between 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday. Business casual attire is required, and the ideal candidate will be available to start ASAP, with a 2-week notice period being acceptable.
Required Experience:
- 2+ years in a customer service-oriented role (direct customer interaction, troubleshooting, etc.)
- High School Degree required, Bachelor's preferred
- MS Office, tech-savvy
- Bilingual in French and English - written and spoken
- AS400 ERP, MS Dynamics CRM
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is accountable for maintaining assigned accounts and delivering exceptional client service to both internal and external contacts. Focused on troubleshooting inquiries related to orders, backorders, ETA’s, and tracking, the CSR ensures complete resolution of every inquiry. Acting as a liaison to other departments such as Sales Operations Specialist (SOS) and Warehouse Ops, the CSR plays a pivotal role in daily operational activities.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve customer problems and complaints efficiently
- Handle inquiries from initiation to resolution via phone or email as the dedicated CSR Agent
- Provide timely responses to all client inquiries, aiming for same-day resolution
- Ensure client satisfaction by promptly resolving issues or escalating as necessary
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates until issues are resolved
