Your New Role: Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our customer care operations. You’ll manage calls, schedules, and technicians with efficiency, making sure every customer has a positive experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls promptly, ensuring clear and courteous communication
- Maximize appointment bookings and lead generation by maintaining a high call conversion ratio
- Coordinate service technician schedules and manage after-hours service procedures
- Support technicians with inquiries and assist in service call debriefs
- Track and report on goals, leads, cancellations, and aborted calls
- Review work orders and prepare invoices and timecards for processing
- Schedule and follow up on preventative maintenance appointments
- Maintain and update customer databases and respond to inquiries professionally
- Support the Safety Manager in maintaining current safety documents and training records
- Participate in training classes to continuously improve your skills
- Resolve client issues with clear, timely communication and professionalism

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to multitask, type efficiently, and adhere to all safety policies
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or scheduling role
