About the Job
Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative; the associate has to handle inbound calls from the customer or do an outbound call within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. This position requires good communication skills; the ability to effectively handle information requests, compliments and complaints with a positive attitude and attention to details.
Responsibilities:
- Receive requests from 3rd party/customers entities through calls / emails and provide responses with the required documents to the requestor via call.
- Make outbound calls (if required) to confirm changes, if needed
- Submit changes on existing policies in system
- Set up a reminder and follow up with customer on timely manner
